Remote Performance Testing Analysis
This is a new product we are offering. Performance Testing is very under utilized. Not everyone can get to a location to allow us to test them but with this new product it allows anyone in the world to get a level of testing. All information is sent over email and Whatsapp. We outline what we need from you and all forms and videos are sent to you to show you a step by step process of delivering us the information needed. Once all information is sent we then fully analyze the information and then send you a full analysis of your results like we would on a face-to-face testing day.

Functional Movement Screen Analysis
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate a number (normally seven) fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury. The FMS is not intended to diagnose orthopedic problems but rather to demonstrate opportunities for improved movement in individuals.
The screen is designed to place an individual in extreme positions where movement deficits become noticeable if appropriate stability and mobility are not used. Even though individuals are performing an activity or sport at a high level, it has been observed that many of these same individuals are limited in fundamental movements. The limitations an individual may show will lead to poor biomechanics the will limit gains in performance and reduce the bodies ability to remain adaptable and durable against the risks of being involved in the activity or sport.
The individual will receive a full analysis sent to them via email.
