Program Design

A personalized training program tailored to the athletes sport and athletic needs. The program is based on athletes sport, current functional levels and abilities, medical history, training age and many other aspects to tailor the program to the athlete. 

Rehabilitation Sessions

From sporting injuries to general injuries. Rehabilitation helps people suffering from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system. People of all ages and all backgrounds use rehab to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and reduce pain using exercise, movement and manual based therapeutic interventions.

Athlete Performance Testing

Testing for power, strength, endurance, speed, change of direction, linear speed, lateral power, uni lateral strength, reaction times, balance, landing mechanics, sprinting mechanics, ground contact, deceleration, acceleration, aerobic power, anaerobic threshold and much much more.

This will be tested based on the sport you are affiliated too.

Mobility and Flexibility Sessions

Mobility and Flexibility Analysis.

The less flexible and the less range of motion you have as an athlete then the higher the risk of injury. A full analysis highlights the areas of risk and grades the function of motion on all areas of the body.

Youth Development Analysis and Training

With this analysis we look at the basic fundamental movement patterns for youth development. 

Such as, hopping, jumping, catching, balance, reactions, running, jogging, landing, throwing, kicking and more.  It highlights any areas and movement patterns that need additional training.

Assisted Stretching Sessions

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately expanded and flexed in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps and to improve function in daily activities by increasing range of motion.

For many athletes they find it hard to have the correct technique to get the best results. With this session we do all the work for you and you get the full benefits.

Nutritional Assessment and Programming

This is for athletes wanting to take training to the next level. It is all good to train hard but fueling the body is as important as the training athletes do. A nutritional program is a more detailed plan of what is consumed daily and also when it is consumed. A nutritional plan will aid the athlete to consume nutritionally balanced foods and what not to consume. This is again tailored to each individual athlete.

Walking gait analysis is a specialized process used to assess and evaluate human biomechanics and kinematics during walking. It involves examining an individual’s walking pattern, movements, and forces involved in each step. Gait analysis is crucial for diagnosing neurological disorders and assessing patient progress.

Remote Training Sessions

Training on the go. Whether your an elite athlete or recreational athlete, sessions can be arranged to take on the go online. Programs designed and videos sent, also video calls for sessions. Nothing is too much trouble. Even an idea if your on holiday.

Box Con Sessions

Boxing based fitness classes for all levels and ages. This is for anyone who like to keep fit with boxing in mind. This is just for fitness and no boxing / sparring will be taking place. One of the best fitness classes for weight loss and Cardio-Respiratory fitness.

Postural Analysis

Why do i need a posture analysis?

  • It Determines whether a person has any postural deviations, imbalances, muscle weaknesses, or any other faults in their movement patterns which could be causing pain or discomfort.

  • Providing an overview of the patient’s health.

  • Identifying the problem’s cause and treating it effectively.

  • Assessing the reasons behind various sports injuries and life-style related problems.

  • Keeping bones and joints in the correct postural alignment (to support the muscles).

Hydration and Urine Analysis

Hydration is important for athletes because it can affect:

  • Athletic performance. Water cushions the joints, and being dehydrated can affect your flexibility and speed.

  • Endurance. Hydration is essential for proper muscle function (including the heart muscles), and it helps you avoid cramps.

  • Breathing. When you inhale, you need body fluids to moisten the air so it’s easier to absorb oxygen through your lungs.

  • Mood. Your brain needs water to work.

The urine analysis checks hydration aswell as
