FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How are your programs delivered?

We deliver our programs via email, zoom and face to face. Our programs, if not face to face, will be send via a pdf file and you will have access to our members area where you will find a range of technique for exercises under the exercise list and many other items such as nutritional recipes and education on anatomy and training protocols. 

I play a specific sport. Do you have a training program for my sport?

We offer a individualized programme design where this will be suited to you individual needs. From boxing, rugby, athletics to netball, any training program can be designed. 

What program would be best for me?

This is something that's hard to answer if we've never met.  If you are interested in program design then it is best to contact us and we can discuss your needs further to implement the best program for you. We specialize in athletes but we also offer training programs for weight loss, muscle mass gain, aerobic and anaerobic fitness programs too.

My child is a youth athlete (6-16 years old), what program would be best for them?

If you have a youth athlete, we always recommend starting with an initial consultation. After the consultation appropriate steps will be taken in the best interest of the athlete.  It is highly recommended that youth use the youth programme we have designed. This is a cost effective training program as youth have to follow a certain training protocol due to age and development. But if you're interested in a more individualized program then it is best to contact us and we can discuss your needs further to implement the best program for you. 

What equipment do I need access to in order to complete the program?

As long as you have access to a commercial gym you should be good to go. There's always variations you can perform if you don't have to something specific. So contacting us again is the best choice. We offer Calisthenics programs but in general we offer training programs to suit the needs of the individual, this covers training equipment, sport, development, lifestyle and more.

How can I reach an new gen Coach?

The easiest way to reach a new gen coach is to email us. If your already a member then our whatsapp number will be available to you also.

I'm interested in working with new gen remotely. How can I do that?

That's awesome! We love to work 1 on 1 with serious athletes to get them closer to their goals. Not everyone gets in, but if that sounds like you, apply for remote athletes. This will be an online based schedule.
